RETURNS & REFUNDS
Every Zazu piece is made with intention, and no two are exactly the same. You might notice small variations here and there - a little reminder that real people made your piece, not machines.
Of course, if something’s not right, we’ve got you - we’ll sort out a replacement or refund for any major faults.
We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase.
To be eligible, items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
If you’d like to return something, just send us an email and we’ll guide you through the process 🤍
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll process your refund and be in touch with next steps.
EXCHANGES
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know within 5 working days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange the return and replacement for you at no extra cost.
If the item is out of stock, we’ll happily issue a refund.
If you’d like to exchange your piece for a different size or style, just get in touch within 14 days of purchase. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

SHIPPING POLICY
Zazu delivers nationwide all around South Africa.
Delivery fee is R100 on each order.
Collection is available in Kalk Bay, Cape Town. This can be selected at checkout.
