Returns & Refunds

Zazu's return policy lasts 2 weeks (14 days/10 working days). For anything returned within this timeframe, we'll sort you out with a refund. If it's been more than 10 working days since you made your purchase, we sadly can't swing you the refund or exchange.

To get the green light for a return, your item needs to be in tip-top shape, unused, and re-wrapped (as best as possible) in its original packaging. If you're ready to return an item, pop us an email. Just a heads up, though – you'll need to cover the shipping costs for returns. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your items comes back to us safe and sound, we'll drop you an email to confirm we got it and request your bank deets to EFT you your money back. Just make sure your name and contact info are labelled loud and clear on the returned item. 

Exchanges

Zazu's got your back when it comes to swapping stuff:

If your item arrives messed up or busted, give us a shout within a week (5 workdays) of getting your package. We'll manage the return of the busted item and replace it. If we're out of stock, we'll refund you. And don't worry about the courier fees; we've got that covered.

If you goofed on the size or the item just isn't your vibe, no biggie. You've got a 2-week window (10 workdays) to drop us a message and let us know you want to swap it for the right size or something else. Just keep in mind, the courier fees for the swap will be on you.

Shipping Policy

Zazu delivers nationwide all around South Africa. 

Delivery fee is R100 on each order.

Collection is available in Kalk Bay, Cape Town. This can be selected at checkout.
